Despite the South African team presenting a compelling and historical case at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) based on legality, facts, and professionalism, the outcome now hinges on whether the truth can prevail over global political considerations.

A panel of 15 judges, augmented by 2 additional judges chosen by either side, holds the responsibility of delivering the final ruling. Each judge brings their country's perspective and agenda. The crucial question remains: will these judges remain unaffected by political influences and adjudicate solely based on the merits of the presented evidence? We have to wait and see...
