My humble verdict of the presentation: The contrast between this presentation and the one delivered by South Africa yesterday was striking. Once again, it aligned with expectations for a party with a guilty stance. The assertions put forth were publicly discredited, reminiscent of childlike behavior employing a defense of "he started it first," and of course the mentioning of "holocaust" (with due respect to all victims) although it has nothing to do with the case! The use of unverified and unsubstantiated images—a gun here, a note there—raised suspicions, as they lacked credibility when compared to the claims they purported to support. These elements could easily be manipulated and failed to emanate from a well-established foundation. The presentations were so questionable and laden with superficial content that numerous judges found it difficult to stay engaged, with some even succumbing to drowsiness. They argue that South Africa's pursuit of an injunction was unnecessary, citing the State of Israel's convenient implementation of "measures," interestingly since the case was lodged, ostensibly indicating compliance with humanitarian and international law. Nevertheless, verification is impossible, as everything is deemed top secret—a common practice for this state, conveniently concealing their actions.

This case is history in the making and I recommend that everyone watch it while it is still available on youtube. Mainstream media, bias as always when dealing with this issue, broadcasted the Israeli presentation but not South Africa's presentation just the day before! (e.g. UK).
