CCR case against Biden, Blinkin, and Austin

Center for Constitutional Rights (CCR) has filed a lawsuit against Biden, Blinkin, and Austin on the behave of several parties including Defense for Children International–Palestine (DCIP) and Al-Haq which are leading Palestinian human rights organizations dedicated to preserving and promoting the human rights of Palestinian people across the Occupied Palestinian Territory, consisting of the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, and Gaza. The lawsuit aims at holding Biden, Blinkin, and Austin accountable for supporting genocide in Gaza by providing arms and diplomatic support to Israel. The hearing is scheduled for January 26, 2024.
